Perfectly triangular egg

Neat and tidy fried egg with soft yolk, for use in fry-ups or in a burger.

Ingredients

• toasty maker
• 2 squirts of spray oil
  • spray in any orientation, release plunger when vertical
• egg
• salt

Method

• keep toasty maker open until only a small amount of uncooked white remains
• close lid for about 20 seconds to seal
  • this can be done with the power off
