Neat and tidy fried egg with soft yolk, for use in fry-ups or in a burger.
Ingredients
- toasty maker
- 2 squirts of spray oil
- spray in any orientation, release plunger when vertical
- egg
- salt
Method
- keep toasty maker open until only a small amount of uncooked white remains
- close lid for about 20 seconds to seal
- this can be done with the power off
